I saw this picture in a briefing today and I thought I would pass it on to you.
It is a Smiley made out of coal dust on one of the hatches on the SS PEQUOT.
(She just collided with the ship in the background, SS MAERSK HOLYHEAD;
but she is still afloat so that is why they must be happy.)
