Today is full of unusual holidays. It is You’re An Absolutely Incredible Kid Day as well as Forgive Your Parents Day. Not to mention, it’s also Embrace Awkward Moments Day over on a Month of Smiley Silliness.! LOL, it’s a trifecta of good ideas.
Oatmeal Cookie Smiley
I invite the birthday peeps, Queen Latifah (1963), Mike Rowe (1962) and Wilson Pickett (1941), to enjoy a cookie. Make that an oatmeal cookie for Oatmeal Cookie Day! I’d share a birthday cookie with Queen Latifah any day. She looks like she just bursting with playfulness.
Hope you’re acting happy. It is after all Act Happy Week! Sometimes all it takes to become happy is to act happy–even if you’re not really feeling it. The act of walking, talking and interacting in a happy way, makes your mood improve. If that doesn’t work, try eating a cookie.
