Today is also International Moment of Happiness Day. I’m thinking that at least for the USA, that should come tomorrow, you know sometime on the 15th. Right about the time you hit send and file those pesky old income taxes. Any way, in honor of International Moment of Happiness Day, here’s my recent talk about happiness. I spoke at a group called Sunday Assembly. It’s a church for atheists–all the fellowship, community service, and loving support just no deity. The idea is that it is open to everyone seeking a loving supportive community. I think it’s a lovely idea. I am always happy to see people involved in efforts to include everyone.
Give yourself permission to eat a piece of pie today for Pecan Day. If you don’t like Pecan Pie, have a different type. I won’t tell.
