Was walking out of the Riverwalk in New Orleans during a recent vacation when I spotted this building across the way, smiling at me.
Leaving the MOMA last January, on an east/west street between 5th & 6th, I noticed this wonderful old building amidst boring skyscrappers – that’s when it smiled.
