I am an artist and writer in Columbia MO. I took the photo from atop the City Museum in St. Louis MO (one of the MOST fun places on earth!). The windows are in the building across the street from the museum.
I found this Smiley on a pink plastic heart that has a moon and two little stars on it. It made both me and my room mate smile.
