I was driving home and this car in front of me looked like a face. I just had to take a picture of it.

Found this Smiley while walking the beach at Waikiki. Was lucky enough to have my camera with me! My first trip to Hawaii!

I just found out about the smiley project from a friend, and I immediately thought of this photo I took last summer. While on a family vacation at the Pend Oreille River in Idaho, for my parents 50th wedding anniversary, I was photographing my Father and Sister with the Pygmy Kayaks my Father made (with my Sister’s help). In this close-up shot, I noticed that smiley faces were created by the velcro strips that hold the seat pads in place, along with the cushioned roll that protects your back. We all smiled about that!

My wife and her sister too collect Smiley Face stuff. We built this rock wall around several flower beds from rocks found in the yard and were pleasantly surprised to find the Smiley Rock facing the kitchen window/patio.

Hiking in the Sierra.

We found this smiley smiling at us as we got in our car.

My boyfriend, found this! It is Citibank junkmail that he must’ve looked at upside down on the counter.
He said, “OH BOY SUMMER!! Have I got sumthin’ for YOU!” hahaha
