This little fellow looks like he came from Easter Island, but it’s really the handset of my old phone..the “nose” is a belt clip.

I found the info on the Today show around Christmas time. My husband and nephew have birth defects from birth. My husband has strong feelings about supporting “Operation Smile” and all the good work they do around the world. We are happy to hear about this project to help their efforts also. Great Job!! I was in a gym just looking up. While we were at Universal Studios in Orlando, I kept my eyes peeled for Spontaneous Smileys. I couldn’t find any. When I got home and posted my photos on facebook, I found one! Out walking along Elora Gorge…came across this old stone smiling man… This is the steel firepit at our campground in the desert. He must be smiling at our warm winter weather! This little guy was lurking in the bushes in our desert campground on a recent trip. Learned about this website from Ruth Kaiser. I am very aware of Operation Smile b/c I am affiliated with a corporation who is heavily involved with the program. Didn’t realize that earlier Smiley was a little hard to see. Cropped the original so you could see better. The snow fall all night long and the morning was still early in Stuttgart. I was cleaning out my storage closet and noticed the face from the top. I was hungry. Fruit makes me smile. I recently broke my ankle and am confined to the house. I was bored with nothing to do so I thought of creative ways to make a smile. So I used my adaptive equipment to make smileys and other items around the house. We were looking forward to a nice breakfast during the holidays and decided to make banana mac (macademia) pancakes and I decided to try a different shape other than perfect circle and a smile came through. Hope this photo helps your great cause! I was inspired to take pictures of crystals, after seeing others who have. There can be beautiful images found in the crystals. This Smiley was a pleasant surprise. Henry & Emma S. spotted this at the same time and to avoid World War III, we will submit under both names…this Simultaneous Spontaneous Smiley!
