This is on the front of my Sony surround system console. Watching tv one evening, looked up, saw the cable box/surround sound box smiling back at us. I love this site and we are now addicted to finding smileys all around us. Thank you for the smile!! I was on my way back from visiting my boyfriend at college, going across the Macinaw bridge, I saw this and it cheered me up. I was cleaning the fireplace one day so my boyfriend and I could have a fire, opened the door and found this. It made my day so much better. Just sending you a link to a great smiley actually on our closest star – www.spaceweather.com I was lining up outside my classroom and saw this in the mud. It’s kind of hard to see, but I tried. 🙂 Life’s little moments. I’m just a guy cuttin’ veggies for a salad…
My name is Amy and I found this picture of the Smiley when I opened an e-mail from my dad. It had a picture of these birds in the sky that said a smile from god. Annual Street Rod show in St. Paul, Minnesota. Actually, it looks a bit more like Mr. Bill from SNL (“oh, no!”).
Banana and apples, showing how happy they are together.
Even music has a smiley.
Sitting in front of my computer my daughter noticed what I was doing and pointed out the smiley speaker.
After seeing the report on the news I started looking around my house and noticed my smiley dresser.
This is the design that borders my entire kitchen window valance.
This is what I saw yesterday when I opened my closet door; had this iron for YEARS and for some reason never noticed.
I’ve noticed those quirky little faces my entire life; my mother does the same thing (where do you think i got the “talent?”)!! When I took the egg picture I was thinking what a shame it was that I really had no other way to share it with anyone other than friends/co-workers. I saw your piece on CBS news and was ECSTATIC! I now have an outlet for my funnyface fetish (LOL)!! Thank you from the very bottom of my heart! I’m a police dispatcher and 911 Calltaker, so getting to check your website everyday, and sometimes more than once a day, gives me the smile I really need during times of frustration. I’ve shared your site with my co-workers who “understand” the importance of the smileys, and who also have the ability to see them in the most unlikely places.
We were shopping on a clothes store here in manila, then found this interesting graphic shirt. when upside down, you will see a smiley formed by the headphones.
Ruth: Keep spreading the news! Smileys can make you happy.
Ruth: That’s what it’s all about!
I was craving something…a smile perhaps?
Like all smiles… “It just happened”
I capture nature in it’s element..all the time.
Driving by my local airport, I snapped a picture of this jet coming in for a landing…Happy to be home!
Ruth: “Oh, yes! Mr. Smiley.”
