I think this is from a Smiley Captain in Brazil.  Who can translate the Portuguese?

This was found along the railroad tracks in Perry, MI.  We liked the fetching ant-hill hat he was wearing!

Taking pictures of all the spring flowers I found this Smiley in an Iris.
