Additionally it’s both Drink Scotch Day and Sleepyhead Day. Well, that makes sense. If you drank Scotch during the day, who wouldn’t be a sleepyhead?
It’s also Walk on Stilts Day. Pair that with the scotch drinking and I’m guessing it would also need to be Go to the ER Day.
Today is also the anniversary of two very different iconic characters. Nice guy Andy of The Andy Griffith Show, whom I adore (1960) and smarty pants, mean spirited Bugs Bunny (1940), whom I can do without.
