Two other holidays for today Baseball Fan Day and French Fry Day make my heart go pitter pat. Love them both! Together? Nirvana. But only if the fries are so hot they make your spit sizzle.
Truck Stuck on the Side of the Road Smiley,
Stuck but still smiling!
It’s also Truck Drivers’ Day. I almost got a traffic ticket snapping this truck stuck on the freeway shoulder. However, THIS other Smiley Face almost got me arrested! Who knew that taking pictures at the grocery store was considered naughty?
We also note the birthday of Issac Singer’s patent of the Sewing Machine (1851). I have a Singer in my closet. Do you? No human birthdays to note, although I’m sure there are moms out there who’d disagree. It is however, Bambi’s pal Thumper‘s birthday.
