I found this Underwater Ocean Smiley at the San Francisco Academy of Sciences, where I lead museum goers on a Smiley Hunt and gave a Smiley Presentaion all about the Science behind smiling.
It is also International Seal Day, certainly appropriate for World Water Day. But knowing how wacko these holidays can be, a dessert creature like the Camel might well have been paired with Water Day.
Yesterday was Goof Off All Day Day. And so is it today! I’m hoping it will be tomorrow, also. What the heck, I”m going to pretend it is one way or the other.
Here’s a good one. It’s You’re As Young As You Feel Day! Let the inner kid out! Allow yourself to live in wonder like a child. You’ll feel younger. You’ll look younger.
Happy birthday to two Broadway giants. Composers Andrew Lloyd Webbber (1948) and Stephen Sondheim (1930) share this birthday. Funny coincidence.
It’s also William Shattner‘s birthday. I just love that he is so comfortable in his skin as to make fun of himself. It’s really quite dear when you think about it. How many among us could claim the same level of self assurance that requires?
