Today we say happy birthday to Renee Zellweger (1969), Ella Fitzgerald (1917), and Al Pacino (1940). I’d love to sit down with Ella. What a life she has lived, what changes she has seen.
The ladies of the Red Hat Society hold their annual celebration today. Quite the spunky group sprung from the love of life that says, I may be getting older but I don’t have to act old. Under the auspices of refusing to accept getting older, I was cartwheeling at the beach.

It is also Pretzel Day. If you can bear to hear a Christmas song in the spring, you’ll find a Pretzel Smiley in the bakery section of the music video we made a while back for the holidays.
