It’s also Patio Day over on a calendar of a month full of Smiley Silliness. I found the Smiley you’ll see there at the hospital in the Philippines where I was volunteering with Operation Smile.
Here’s a playful observation: It’s both Be Naked Day and Tape Measurer Day…and yet one is not supposed to say “size matters.” So what’s the tape measurer for?

If we were in France we’d be celebrating Bastille Day by eating garlic in every dish all day. There have been years when we celebrated and you could smell the garlic on us for days!
PLUTO 7-14-2015
last year on this day we saw Pluto via NASA’s New Horizons interplanetary probe as it whizzed by after almost 10 years traveling to get there! WooHoo, take look at Pluto!
