Wherever you go,
no matter what the weather,
always bring your own sunshine.

Funny to be thinking of the North Pole on this sunny day in June.
Here’s another one from over on a month full of Smiley Silliness that’s always appropriate, no matter the season: the Positive Power of Humor Day.
And the Smileyest of Birthday wishes to the Dalai Lama, born this day in 1935. I doubt that his birthday cake will be made of Twinkies which share his birthday. Yep, people have been eating Twinkies 5 years longer than the Dalai Lama has been on this Earth. BTW, I once went to a wedding where the cake was made out of Twinkies. It was my buddy (and co-writer of the Spontaneous Smiley theme song) Tommy Dunbar and his lovely wife Brenda.
About the same time that Twinkies and the Dalai Lama debuted, so did the drive in movie (1933). With bluetooth technology making the sound good, I hope drive ins will make a comeback.
It’s International Yo-Yo Day. I like thinking that yo-yos are a toy played all over the world. I could be lame at yo-yos everywhere.
BTW, the Smileys and holidays on a month full of Smiley Silliness are all different than the ones you see here on the website’s Daily Smiley.
Plus, as is often the case, the Snow Smiley you get in the Smiley-a-Day emailer is different from what you see here.
